This image is one of my “signature” images.   It was captured at one of the first weddings I recorded.    It reflects my perspective and style well.

22 FebDon’t forget the details!

So many wedding photographers get caught up in shooting the “moments” and the portraits at a wedding that often times the “details” are left behind.  Details of a wedding fill in the blanks in the wedding story and reflect the vision of the bridal party so well.

With some images a Black and White color space or a sepia tone color space can make a nice alternative to full color.

21 FebLauren and Mathew

Lauren and Mathew, married at the Carl House in Winder, Georgia…one of my favorite couples.  I designed their digital art book with Mathew’s military service in mind, using the color blue as a theme.

05 FebColdwater Creek Doors at the Forum Shopping Center in Norcross, Georgia

This image was recorded at the Fourm sopping center in Norcross, Georgia.  It is a portion of a set of newly constructed doors with the reflection showing in the brass and glass materials used in its construction.  I found the colors correlate very well with my image from the Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas, Texas.  This also looks gorgeous matted in white on white with either a simple black frame or a metallic frame in a coordinating tone.
